They said what?!

-Recently our good friends, The Nelsons, had a yard sale where their daughters who are 14 and 16 were getting rid of some of their toys. They had a big Barbi yacht and some Barbi's that didn't sell so they gave them to Anna. The other day as we were running errands Anna informed me from the backseat that she is never going to sell her Barbi's, "not even when I'm a teenager."

-We had some of Scott's co-workers over the other day for dinner and Cecilia informed them that, "Michael Jackson died." Then she proceeded to sing "Beat it, just beat it," and then topped off her perfomance by informing everyone that he also had yellow eyes (from the video of Thriller) and was creepy.

-Cecilia hurt her arm the other day and as she came crying to show me her new ouch she anounced that her ouwy was dying.

-Sister Van Houten is Anna's primary teacher. She is great. One Sunday as Scott was visiting with her he asked what her lesson was going to be on that day she responded with,"Today's lesson is going to be on how to keep our dresses down and not show our underwear to everyone," Um...I'm not sure what she's talking about our daughters are always perfectly behaved and lady like, I'm sure she wasn't talking about Anna.
