Lilly's Blessing!

When Lilly was born we discussed when would be the best day to have her blessing. We decided to bless her the first Sunday in June and let both of our families know, so that they could try and be here. A couple of weeks before we were supposed to bless her I called Scott to find out when his trip to Orlando in the week of June was. He told me he would be flying out June 6th, and I responded with "So who will be blessing our baby June 7th?" So our plans changed and we decided that Father's day we would bless our sweet Lilly girl. And although we wish all our family could have come it was a beautiful day.

Having our girls hold still for a couple of minutes is always a chore, but here they are hugging a standing still just long enough for a family photo.

Scott gave our beautiful girl such a wonderful blessing and I hope she will always know how special and loved she is.

Aunt Erin sent this sweet fuzzy blanket for Lilly because she wasn't able to be there. Here she is loving her new blanket.

I looked everywhere for a dress and was so excited when I found this one. I thought it was just perfect for Lilly Beth, our sweet baby.
