On the Saturday morning before Easter, Malad has a community Easter egg hunt at the city park. All the kids are separated by age and when the town fire whistle blows the kids go crazy. This year when we woke up we were greeted by cold white snow covering the ground.
Happy Hunting!
When the whistle blew Cecilia ran out to get her eggs and at first tried to use her shovel to pick them up-she's smarter than her mom who hadn't thought of that and should have taken the shovel off the pail before the egg hunt started-sorry Cecilia.
Here is Anna after the egg hunt-she was a little disapointed in her four eggs until Aunt Jordan
explained that she never got more than two.

Later that Saturday we cooked hotdogs and marshmallows in a hole Grandpa Larry dug for us. Normally we try to make it up to my parents land to cook out, hike and have an Easter egg hunt, but you know-the snow, so we just hung out in Grandpa and Grandma's backyard.
The Easter Bunny strikes again! The Easter Bunny always leaves the girls new swimming suits, flip flops and a spring outfit and of course candy.

Here is Anna at our Annual John Family Easter Egg hunt with special eggs with money in them love Grandma Terri. We had a great time at Grandma and Grandpa's house celebrating Lilly's birthday and Easter.
