Every year we drive halfway to Idaho City to our favorite swimming hole. We pack a lunch, get on our swimming suits and get ready for a great day. We found this spot three years ago and look forward to the weekend we can get to Mores Creek.

I love this yearly trip and the memories our kids are going to have of our secret spot.
To end the day we have huckleberry icecream at the little "Sassparilla Ice Cream Parlor:" in Idaho City-what a perfect end to a perfect day.
