Every other year Alice gives us a trip somewhere instead of buying us gifts. This year we all met together in Eden, UT and spent five wonderful days in a wonderful condo with a full theater room, game room and enough beds to fit our large family. It was great!

Our Lilly was a hit-she is so funny and completely social although she did get in trouble for opening a couple of presents that didn't belong to her.

We try and come up with games to play as couples while we are together. The last time we got together we each wrote 50 questions of Erickson trivia. This time we decided to play the "Newlywed Game" and came up with questions to ask. I won't tell you what the question was, or why Drew thought it appropriate to draw this picture, but I will say that we laughed a lot and that some of the answers were very amusing.
Other fun things we did together were having an appetizer throw-down and playing the Jelly Bean game where you have to close your eyes and eat a jellybean which may be either pop-corn or vomit, or possibly black licorice or skunk flavor...Let's just say it is a game that potentially can make you sick, but you'll definitely laugh a lot.

Here is Anna after a sledding accident. She flew off of her sled, did a backflip, and landed face first in the snow. We are so happy she wasn't hurt worse.
The stay in Eden was much better than any gift. Our kids will treasure the memories of those times with their cousins forever. Thank you Alice.
