They said what?

• On Monday of this week Anna had changed out of her clothes in Scott and my room into one of Scott's shirts. This is something she does fairly often and she usually leaves her clothes she changes out of on our floor. When Scott asked Anna to take her clothes downstairs to the laundry she got angry, but headed down with the clothes. We thought that we had come to the end of the argument until she turned around while on the stairs and said to Scott, "Don't say I didn't warn you."
• We went shopping for Halloween costumes on Monday and at one point in the car Cecilia was telling Anna something Anna couldn't understand. Cecilia kept repeating herself and Anna kept saying, "What? I can't understand you." After trying for a minute Anna said ,"I don't know what you're saying, are you speaking Chinese?"
• I put on a pirate patch out of the girl's dress up box the other night and was telling Cecilia to "walk the plank" when Anna said "Yeah, walk the plank, matey." After she said it she looked at me and said I'm not sure where I learned that probably on my mission."
• Cecilia has picked up on another phrase that she has heard many times in our home. The "Just a minute" is coming back to haunt Scott and I. Whenever we ask her to do anything she now yells back to us, "just a minute!"
• At night when it is time for bed Scott always says, "Last one in the bathroom to brush their teeth is a stinky rotten egg," and then we all race to the bathroom. Well Anna is having a sleepover at Aunt Sara's tonight and Scott and I had been playing with Cec, when Scott said, "I think it's time to brush our teeth." Cecilia jumped up and said, "Stink rotten egg" and began running down the hall at full speed.
