Gingerbread House

Anna had been asking me for weeks if we could buy a gingerbread house kit and make one. Well, one day I bought one and I have to say that the memories Anna and I made while making the house together I will treasure forever.

Here is Anna waiting patiently for me to get the house together so that she could start. I was in charge of the icing and she was in charge of the decorating.

Here is Scott's poor attempt to help with the frosting. Anna told him she didn't want him to help anymore after seeing this and told him to go downstairs. He took this picture himself because he thought the whole thing was pretty funny.

Here is Anna at the end of our decorating, she decided to decorate her nose a little before she was completely done.

Here is our finished gingerbread house. A work of art if I do say so myself. I'm glad I took pictures of it right after we were done because many of the decorations mysteriously started to disappear as early as the day after.
