They Said What?

• At preschool Anna had been learning about Thanksgiving and was telling me about the pilgrams and indians when she suddenly said "Mom, Indians didn't wear underpants." I started laughing and asked her where she had learned that part of the story to which she replied, "It was just in my head."
• When we went to Malad for Thanksgiving Anna and Cecilia went into my parents room and when they came back out Cecilia was carrying two Curious George stuffed animals. When my mom saw her with them she said, "Oh, no those were supposed to be for Christmas." Cecilia responded by starting to dance and singing, "I got Georges, I got Georges."
• At one point during the weekend Cecilia pushed a stool over to the freezer to get a popsicle, her fourth one of the day, when my dad told her no. She turned to him and stuck her tongue out. My dad responded by saying, "You better put that tongue away before I pull it out." Cecilia looked at him and innocently said, "I'm a snake, the snake says SSSSSSS."
