Birthday Carnival!

For Anna and Cecilia's birthday party this year we decided to have a carnival in the backyard. We had eight different booths set up where the kids could win tickets. There was a treat station where the kids could redeem their tickets for cotton candy, bags of popcorn, and bags of candy with carmel apple suckers. We also had hot dogs and lemonade, so while it wasn't the most nutritious party-it was really fun!

Here is Courtney at the "Fish out of water" booth with her two adorable kids. We were so lucky Corts, Bella, and Chase were able to come and Courtney was such a huge help setting everything up-Love you!


Here is Cecilia at the face painting booth. She has a hot pad in her hand that she has decided she needs to carry around asking if anyone would like a peanut-as I have said before -we have no idea.

Here is our friend Ben at the "Spray Away" booth where kids had to use squirt guns to knock ping pong balls off of golf tees-this booth was a favorite. I have to add that whenever we talked about the birthday party and who was going to come Cecilia would always say, "and Ben is coming." He is such a cute kid.

We rented a cotton candy machine and have to say it was a crowd pleaser.


Here is Cecilia going all diva on us after opening all her presents and putting on some of her gifts. Watch out Hollywood, there is a new starlet in town.

Other booths included "Ball Toss Bonanza," "Polka-dot Penny Push," a "Roaring Ring Toss," and "Clothespin Drop." I kept all of the supplies and signs so I can use them again maybe for an end of school party or something-we had such a fun time.
